Frequent urination is often a sign of prostate enlargement. You can talk to your doctor about possible courses of action. You may also use a natural supplement featuring Saw Palmetto, which has been shown in many studies to be beneficial.

We recomend The Prostate Formula by Real Health Labs (you can find it at all CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens, and the website here).

Arginine is not generally associated with prostate issues.

The herb Saw Palmetto has been shown in many studies to be beneficial, along with several other natural ingredients.
